About the Role

As a Service Introduction Analyst , based at our UK&I Head Office in Peterborough, you'll manage the smooth transition of Services into production, ensuring they are fit for purpose and use, and improve efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

You'll work with other areas of IT (internal and external) to ensure all new services, applications, etc. can be accepted into live support.

Other key responsibilities include:

· Document and maintain Support Models

· Ensure that all proposed Services bring business value

· Work with Change & Release to ensure that all Services are ready to go live

· Gather, analyse, store, share and maintain knowledge and information

· Ensure all knowledge is made available to those that require it in a proficient manner

Desired profile

Skills & Experience

Our ideal Service Introduction Analyst will have excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels. You should have proven success of working effectively under short timeframes and significant pressure.

Risk management experience with the ability to proactively assess/manage/mitigate risks is essential for this position and Transition Lifecycle Management experience is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role and experience of using project management tools such as MS Project would be great, as would the ability to speak a European language.
