<b> Key accountabilities / responsibilities </b>

As part of the Retail team, you'll be face to face with our customers, delivering great customer service, finding out what customers want from their holiday, identifying how we can add value and enhance their holiday experience.

Desired profile
<b> Skills and experience </b>
Candidates should have a real passion for customer service, be able to quickly build rapport and understand what our customers are looking for. We need people with strong communications skills, who have experience of delivering amazing customer service and achieving and exceeding sales targets. You must be able to close a sale and identify value add products that enhance our customer's holiday experience. When it comes to academic qualifications it would be great if candidates had a GCSE in Maths & English at grade C or above [or equivalent] and travel related qualifications are great too. IT proficiency is essential as we use a number of systems to support our sales activity. <b> </b>
