What we offer:

As an Apprentice Sales Consultant, you'll earn a salary whilst you learn. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission through achieving your sales targets. Not only will you achieve a nationally recognised qualification (level 2 and level 3 apprenticeship in Travel Services), you'll also gain real life work experience, which will form the foundation of your career.

You'll need to be prepared to work hard in a fast paced environment, learn on the job and adapt quickly to change. You'll receive sales and customer service training but you must have the desire and determination to succeed in a sales environment, promoting additional products and services. You'll also need to use in-store technology to demonstrate your digital skills, delighting our customers and bringing their holiday enquiry to life.

Online testing – April / May 2016

Interviews – May / June 2016

Offer – June / July 2016

Your start date will be shortly after your offer of employment.

What you will need:

You will commit to successfully completing both the level 2 and level 3 apprenticeships over a two year period. You will need to actively participate in training workshops and complete work towards your qualification within the agreed timescales. You'll have to be flexible – retail opening hours include weekends and bank holidays.

To apply for the position of Apprentice Sales Consultant, you must:

·  Be aged 16 years or above
·  Have attained grades of A - D in maths and English (or equivalent)
·  Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last three years
·  Not hold a level 4 qualification or a degree
·  Not have completed an NVQ / SVQ / apprenticeship in travel services or travel and tourism

Role Details:

·  A 24 month apprenticeship contract with the opportunity of a permanent position (dependent upon qualification achievement)
·  37.5 hours per week
·  Training salary - £6,435 per annum (increasing in the second year) + on target earnings, travel to work allowance, company benefits and holiday discounts.
