Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Job description

We need a hungry and driven intern to help us find the very best candidates for our clients. We'll give you complete training of how to be a recruitment consultant, giving you valuable experience in the industry. Table tennis experience is a bonus - just make sure you don’t beat us!

We plan to do things differently and rid the recruitment industry of a 90’s Wolf of Wall Street style working environment. We want to end the days of sending a bunch of useless CV’s for the sake of hitting targets and annoying our partners in the process. We’ve partnered with a viral video company so share their awesome office space and have Bella, our office Pug to keep us entertained!

Specialising in the Digital Sector finding candidates across Social Media, Video and Web Development roles, we can already note two of the largest media companies in the world as major partners.

Sales or Commercial experience preferable but not essential

What will you be doing?

Research leads for candidates and call these to initiate relationships
Meet with candidates regularly either at our office or out for a coffee
Organise interviews and manage candidates through this process, as well as mediating between clients and negotiating contracts
