Are you looking to get some work experience in the recruitment sector?!

We’re looking to change the game within recruitment at “thenewguys”. A start-up based in Aldgate, we want to do things differently and rid the recruitment industry of a 90’s Wolf of Wall street style working environment.

We specialise in the digital sector finding candidates across social media, video and web development roles and can already note one of the largest viral video media companies in the world as a major client.

We’re a small team who need an intern to come in to help us find candidates for our live positions.

What will you be doing?
Finding the best candidates for our partners. This will involve searching, shortlisting and messaging on Linkedin.
Going through job applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
Calling candidates to question and qualify them
You will organise interviews and manage candidates through this process, as well as mediating between clients and negotiating contracts.
