The Workplace Company is a young forward thinking commercial property agency that assists businesses in sourcing office space in London.

The internship will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get into the commercial property sector. Your role will cover the following areas:

- Communicating with landlord's agents to find out what properties are coming on the market
- Helping tenants find suitable office space
- Carrying out viewing tours with clients
- Shadowing our surveyors during the lease negotiation process
- Sales / Generating new business on the phone

As part of the role you will gain experience in:

- Tenant representation / office acquisitions
- Lease negotiations
- Building a strong network of landlord's agents in London

There is the potential for the internship to develop into a full time role after 4-6 months so a desire to get into commercial office agency is a strong preference.
