The Workplace Company is a young forward thinking commercial property agency that assists businesses in sourcing office space in London.

The internship will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get into the commercial property sector. Your role will cover the following areas:

- Communicating with landlord's agents to find out what properties are coming on the market
- Carrying out office viewings
- Helping Tenants find suitable office space
- Helping Landlord's to dispose of their office space

As part of the role you will gain experience in:

- Tenant representation / office acquisitions
- Landlord representation / office disposals
- Lease negotiations
- Building a strong network of landlord's agents in London

Timing: ASAP

Desired profile

Strong preference for a RICS accredited degree
