Job description
The Waggon At Halam ( Southwell ) is an exciting new country bar and dining experience. Highly successful since our opening in May 2014 we are looking for a third chef at Chef de Partie level to join our team.
The Waggon cooks British food to a high standard. We are passionate about fresh, local produce and are building a reputation for serving consistently high quality food on seasonal menu’s.
We offer dining seven days per week and as Chef de Partie you will be preparing quality pub style dishes.
REQUIREMENTS
The position suits an experienced Chef de Partie working to a high standard in a small team. You will ideally be looking for more responsibility, looking to progress to Sous Chef and be able to run the kitchen as required.
Ensuring the kitchen maintains a five star food rating.
Be conversant in health and safety legislation, including the new food information regulations and be system and standards driven.
