Job description
Vacancy currently available to cover maternity leave for 12 months at a busy estate agents in Thornton.
The Square Room was establised in April 2011 and has rapidly grown over the past four years. The Square Room sells, lets and manages property across the Fylde Coast.
Duties and responsibilities to include :
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking appointments for viewings and valuations
- Input data into database
- Respond to emails
- Help to manage rental accounts
- Help to write up property brochures
- Filing all relevant paperwork
The successful candidate would be expected to :
- Be extremely organised and have good time management
- Have a good telephone manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Be able to deal with a fast paced and busy environment
Job vacancy is full time (40.5 hours a week) to work the following days :
- Tuesday to Friday (09:00 to 17:30)
- Saturday (09:30 to 16:00)
The salary will be £15,000 per annum
