Trainee Assistant Merchandiser

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing team based in High Wycombe. This role would suit a graduate with work experience in a merchandising team or someone with experience in allocation.

We are currently seeking an individual with a keen interest in progressing within Merchandising, to support our Merchandising team. We are looking for people who are passionate about working in Retail, dedicated to driving our business forward and above all, excited about their future within The Perfume Shop.

For this role you will support the Merchandiser on managing your team's suppliers, learning to accurately forecast trends, planning stock levels and continuously monitoring performance to ensure maximum stock availability and sales whilst keeping stock levels within company parameters. You will also work closely with our Allocation team to communicate planned order quantities and forecasted sales and stock for new launches, promotions and gift sets.
