Buyers Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Buyers Assistant to join our growing team.

We are currently seeking an individual with a keen interest in developing their career within Retail Buying and a genuine interest in designer brand products and fragrances, to support our Buying team. We are looking for people who are passionate about working in Retail and are dedicated to drive our business forward.

The purpose of this role is to support the Buyer with everyday tasks and to build good relationships with our suppliers, delivering appropriate information as required to support product decisions.

Admin, analysis and organisation will play a large part of this role, but you won't be tied to your desk. You will work closely with the Buyers, Merchandisers and Marketing team with the view to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Key duties of this role include among other tasks, daily liaison with our Stores, Area Managers, Suppliers and other internal departments, being their first point of contact. Supporting the Buyers in day to day administrative duties and being responsible for ensuring that all data is kept accurate and up to date by maintaining our data systems. This role will involve working to set deadlines and timescales within a fast paced environment.
