Do you spend HOURS googling proposal videos and then sit there a blubbering wreck as you realise just how romantic and wonderful life can be? Are you constantly looking at Wedding magazines and getting more and more obsessed with the latest wedding trends?Are you London based?
Yes? Then you’re perfect!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented Part Time Proposal Planner to join our friendly team. If you have dreamt about helping people propose in really unique ways, live in London, and want to see the ‘will you marry me’ for real, then we will give you the opportunity to help with real life proposals, as and when we need it. This would involve being there on the day and making sure everything is going to plan (decorating rooms romantically, rehearsing with singers, checking the Flashmob are ready and throwing confetti beautifully!)
PAYMENT: This is a paid position on a” proposal-by-proposal” basis.

Desired profile
- A friendly, smiley persona that can put even the most frantic groom-to-be at ease!
- Experience working in events or arranging events without stress or flappery (Yes, we invented that word – it means being able to do something with flapping/getting in a tizz.) We need someone who is calm under pressure!
- Great organisational skills – You will be responsible for making sure all the details of the big day play out smoothly, and also for absorbing the stress of planning so that the bride and groom-to-be can really enjoy the experience
- Able to work evenings and weekends if needs be
- Excellent communication skills are also necessary for the successful Proposal Planner – not only to communicate with clients, but for networking with other vendors in the wedding industry.
