You will be a key member of the Operations team - assisting with the day to day logistics that keep the business running. Includes (but not limited to): managing logistics of reservations once bookings are confirmed, onboarding new clients/properties, management of our team of check-in staff and cleaners, getting properties guest-ready, property maintenance, running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations manager. You will be working both collaboratively and independently. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. The role is not fixed office based, it is a 40% office 60% out troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
Managing the ground operations with a proactive and accountable attitude
You will be the “fixer” - if something needs doing, you’ll be the first to step up
Assisting the Ops Manager with management and record-keeping of hundreds of keys
Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service
Assisting the Ops Manager with general administrative tasks and office management
You will work on various strategy projects e.g. implementing new processes and formalising them into standard operating procedures
Requirements*
Candidate must currently be registered to a university undergoing an undergraduate or post-graduate programme and in need of an internship as part of their academic course. ONLY successful candidates will be contacted
