Job description

The Healthy Body Healthy Mind Company Ltd is committed to helping improve the health of society by offering superior quality products. We are seeking an equally ambitious 'Social Media & Marketing Intern' that will work closely with the Head of Marketing to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Our first brand 'E&O Matcha' is a luxury brand selling products centred around the ancient superfood known as matcha. Our first product is a 30 g tin of premium grade matcha and require somebody who can help promote this product on our e-commerce store (www.eomatcha.com). This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to gain some real-life experience working for a start-up company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
● Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
● You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

The ultimate goal of your role is to INCREASE BRAND AWARENESS & REVENUE.

TARGETS

Social Media Following

Facebook:

- 400 new likes in Month 1
- 500 new likes in Month 2…
- ...then at least a 15% increase each month thereon.
- High levels of engagement on posts

B. Instagram:

- 250 new likes in Month 1
- 250 new likes in Month 2...
- ... then at least a 20% increase each month thereon
- High levels of engagement on posts

C. Pintrest:

- 200 new followers in Month 1
- 250 new followers in Month 2…
- ... then at least a 20% increase each month thereon

D. Twitter:

- 150 new followers in Month 1
- 200 new followers in Month 2…
- ... then at least a 15% increase each month thereon

Revenue

Our social media efforts should convert to the revenue below:

Facebook:

- 20 sales in Month 1
- 40 sales in Month 2

B. Instagram:

- 25 sales in Month 1
- 50 sales in Month 2

C. Pintrest:

- 20 sales in Month 1
- 40 sales in Month 2

D. Twitter:

- 10 sales in Month 1
- 20 sales in Month 2

These targets are guidelines that we would like for you to hit, if you're unable to reach them we'll work with you to see what's working and what's not, then go again next month.
