🎯 Mission & Core Purpose
We're looking for a GTM RevOps Automation Specialist to join our GTM Ops Hub.
In this role, you will own the technical backbone of our GTM Ops Hub, ensuring HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and CS) operates as a unified, scalable, and reliable system.
You will design workflows, lifecycle logic, routing rules, automations, and data structures that support all GTM teams and accelerate our efficiency and growth.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Paid Growth, GTM Ops, and Business Applications to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
This role is part of the GTMOps Hub and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product.
💼Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain end-to-end workflows inside HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and CS
- Own global lifecycle management, routing, SLAs, and lead-handoff logic
- Design, document, and govern the HubSpot data model (objects, properties, relationships)
- Implement and standardize reporting frameworks, building dashboards for GTM leaders
- Manage automation governance, QA, error-handling, and system consistency
- Oversee GTM-critical integrations from a business logic perspective (tracking, enrichment, intent, sales enablement tools, etc.)
- Translate GTM requirements into scalable automation and architecture
- Collaborate with the Business Applications Manager to ensure data flow quality and integration stability
- Provide operational insights, troubleshoot system issues, and proactively suggest improvements
- Act as the GTM team's go-to expert for HubSpot automation, architecture, and process design

You're a structured, technically minded operator with deep expertise in HubSpot and GTM systems. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and know how to translate business needs into scalable automation and architecture. You take ownership seriously and are comfortable being the go-to person for HubSpot workflows, lifecycle logic, and system governance.
💡 Experience & Skills
You have:
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations, CRM architecture, or a similar field
- Strong, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub + Sales Hub, including workflows, reporting, lifecycle stages, and data management
- A solid understanding of GTM processes: lead management, pipeline stages, SLAs, scoring, routing, and handoff logic
- A technical and analytical mindset, with experience in automation design, data modeling, and cross-system logic
- Excellent attention to detail, structured thinking, and system-level problem-solving
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, CS, Growth, and Operations
- High levels of ownership and autonomy, comfortable managing complex systems end-to-end
Bonus Points
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Automation, RevOps, etc.)
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Make, or custom API workflows)
- Experience in B2B SaaS GTM environments
- Exposure to Business Applications, PLG motion, or GTM architecture governance
