The Ethical Franchise Guild is an authorised Starbucks Coffee franchisee.

Due to our continued success we are look for Shift Supervisors in our Starbucks Coffee stores in Clifton Down Shopping centre BS8 and Wine Street BS1 Bristol.

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks you will play a key role in providing that passion and world class customer service as well as the delivery of the perfect beverage every time.

The main areas of the Shift Supervisor responsibility include:

• Deputising in the store manager’s absence


• Providing leadership for the team to ensure a world class customer experience


• Being responsible for the day to day running of shifts


• Executing store operations including promotional activity


• Driving sales and profitability targets


• Playing an important role in partner development and coaching


• Being responsible for high standards of cleanliness across the store inside and out


• Managing inventory and stock control for the store

Our hours of work are from 6.30am to 7pm, 7 days a week. These hours are worked as per staff rota which can be any 5 out of 7 days. We kindly ask that you are flexible to work across the majority of these hours if applying.
