Job Description
- Ensure accommodation is delivered on time as per company training
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and inventory is maintained in each lodge
- Ensure all sublet owner check systems are adhered to
- Prepare all cleaning materials for team in advance of changeover day
- Address guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure lost property is recorded with full details and given to the CRA to store
- Ensure any keys issued to you are signed in and out as per company guidelines
- Manage stock level efficiently
- Ensure the health and safety of yourself and all other park users at all times
- Ensure that there is enough clean linen required for the changeover in each lodge, linen maintenance and ensure linen is in a professional, untorn, clean pressed and dry state.
- Maintain a diary of repairs and inventory put into each lodge on each date. Communicate this to the HSM on a monthly basis when requested for charges to be made to the owners account.
- Carry out a full cleanliness, bed linen and inventory check of the accommodation and record on the appropriate check sheet and file.
- Maintain communication with the cleaners to ensure they know at all times how much longer they have left to finish that accommodation. Organise any additional assistance as and when needed.
