The Culture Trip is one the Internet’s fastest-growing media start-ups, attracting nearly 3 million monthly readers and 1 million social media followers. Our Communications team oversees and coordinates communications with the organisations we feature in the thousands of articles we write every month, via both online and offline communication methods. They are also responsible for a wide range of newsletter communications that go out each week to hundreds of thousands of subscribers and some editorial duties.

Internship Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, energetic person to join the communications team as an intern.

Your main duties would include:

Helping with our online outreach to organisations featured on the website.
Helping to conduct interviews for some of the most interesting organisations that we feature - drafting questions and writing up completed interviews to be published in WordPress.
Creating local newsletters for various cities around the world.
Supporting offline engagement with these organisations including assisting in our window sticker distribution program.

Desired profile

Requirements:

An aptitude for handling data.
Good organisational skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets. WordPress experience is a bonus.
Good written and spoken English skills, able to write copy and edit to a good standard.
