Curriculum Manager - Apprenticeship - Ref: 14HS08
Full Time, Tottenham Centre
Salary range £40,203 - £43,650 per annum
As one of the largest and most successful Colleges in North East London, the College is expanding its Apprenticeship provision to over £3m this year.
We are looking for an experienced manager, to lead of the day to day delivery of Apprenticeships in this expanding provision.
As Curriculum Manager you will have overall responsibility for the learner experience, the staff team, and the curriculum innovation and development within the curriculum area within your Centre. You will manage a diverse portfolio of Apprenticeships including Health and Social Care, Early Years, Management, Customer Services, Horticulture, Logistics and Business Improvement Techniques.
Ideally you will have successful experience and skills to lead and manage staff (both Assessors and Lecturers) , with the ability to improve success rates and develop Grade One provision. You must have a strong background in Apprenticeships and at least one of the vocational areas listed above..
A crucial part of this role will be leading the use of the E- Portfolio Smart Assessor, cross college and supporting other teams in their understanding and use of the system, therefore previous experience with E-portfolios is desirable but not essential
Annual Leave - 37 days
30 day annual leave per annum
