DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for executing Order Selection (Picking) Receiving (Finished Good-Concentrates) and Trailer / Container Loading tasks within the CPSNA warehousing operations. This role is also accountable for performing various warehousing tasks in alignment with all logistics SOP’s within ETQ. In addition to executing these processes, the operator is responsible for meeting all Quality, Safety, GMP, and Hazmat regulations and requirements in order to effectively meet customer needs while delivering key logistics objectives and productivity goals.
<b> Critical Areas of focus: </b> Order Selection & Receiving Accuracy. Product Quality, Food Safety Trailer/Container Loading. Productivity, Operational Excellence
Operator forklift to load / unload freight into and out of the Ft. Worth Consolidated Warehouse. Pull, load, stage and inventory materials in the warehouse area as needed.
Perform all order / material selection processes to full fill customer orders and intra-company stock transfer orders.
Perform shipment verification process on various customer orders to insure the correct items are present on orders
Perform various printing tasks i.e. BOL(Bill of laden) or various shipping documentation label or shipping documents / packing slips etc. as needed
Responsible for fulfilling finished concentrate receiving functions
RF and Desk Top Receiving of Finished Goods Concentrates.
Perform Trailer / Container loading responsibilities at the CDC for various types of customer orders including the following:
CCR Company Trailers
Refrigeration
Intermodal(Rail Road Trailers)
Ocean Containers
LTL(Less than Truck Load)
Dry Van trailers including “Swing Door and Roll Up Door”
Manage the Outbound Shipment Board Process including providing detailed documentation of shipment status while performing the loading coordination activities at the CDC location.
Verify Order Accuracy and Pallet Counts.
Complete Performance Development Plans and Training Plans.
Effectively execute all warehousing operational tasks safely and effectively.
Perform ingredient sampling and complete logistics paperwork.
Assist in the control of storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients, and finished product, schedule freight movements in cooperation with immediate team leaders.
Assist with other shipping personnel and Plant Quality Assurance to handle, sample and proper disposition.
Verify the accuracy and availability of all documents on incoming shipments. Check incoming materials for quantity and condition.
Ensure that correct security procedures are observed in handling of packaging materials, ingredients, finished product, shipments, paperwork and general freight movement into and out of the warehouse.
Receive ingredients, sampling and other duties related to The Coca-Cola Company System guidelines.
Perform job in a safe manner and report all safety issues immediately to supervisor.
Keep area clean and neat, store tools and equipment in proper area.
Perform GMP requirements in assigned area as needed.
Requirements: Good math skills, observation and trouble shooting skills. Phsiycal lifting 50-60 lbs. (occasionally). Works as a team player.
