DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for coordinating the cyclical recounting of materials and reconciliation of actual inventories vs. system´s records for the Atlanta Beverage Base Plant, the Atlanta Consolidated Warehouse and the Ft. Worth Distribution Center. This position is an individual contributor and must possess the ability to create, analyze and communicate data effectively.
• Perform daily cycle counts / Reconcile daily cycle counts
• Perform inventory writes once RFA's are approved
• Audit operational cycle counts
• Assist operations to insure accuracy & resolve discrepancies in timely manner
• Report inventory accuracy on weekly and/or monthly basis
• Report inventory deviation / trends on monthly basis
• Assure FIFO method is followed in all warehouse movements
• Maintain/Open storage locations in SAP for cycle counting
• Attend MRB meetings to avoid write-offs
• Provide continuous training/coaching to all operational areas on Inventory Management concepts & improvements
• Review, monitor & reconcile materials in blocked stock on monthly basis
• Assist & participate on TCCQS related activities
• Open/Completion of Q-notes
• Counting Packaging materials on monthly basis and notifying buyers
• Capital Project Administrative work
• Assist in administration of GMP requirements
• Audit and quarterly review of Cycle Count to make sure cycle count policy meet SOX / E&Y audits.
• Maintain and update WM views in SAP system.
• Monthly management routines to ensure inventory adjustments are validated and documented properly for audit purposes.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience or college coursework.
Experience: At least 3 years
Financial acumen and analysis required. Must be proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and be able to create charts and graphs for presentations. Access knowledge is a plus.
Travel: Up to 25%
