Travel Systems Manager
Atlanta, GA

Position Overview

This position will be responsible for the global end to end Concur Travel and Expense SAAS system platform and related interface with all applicable systems such as SAP.

Key Responsibilities

·  Global owner of travel operations externally hosted software as a service (SaaS) platform, responsible for the delivery and execution of day-to-day Travel booking and reimbursement services and all related functionality, specifically:
·  Responsible for day to day relationship and interaction between vendor of externally hosted software as a service (SaaS) platform and all TCCC stakeholders.
·  Ensuring systems functionality availability, effectiveness, response time and resolution of any systems issues arising including liaising with IT
·  Review of relevant metrics, reports and controls to ensure service delivery and other objectives are met
·  Understand and provide input into end-user experiences and impact of process and systems and to other stakeholders
·  Development, update and delivery of end-user training, support and other communications
·  Resolution of complex process and system issues.
·  Recommend systems and functionality enhancements and execute after developing appropriate test scripts and thorough testing
·  Responsible for maintaining a strong internal control environment, help drive T&E policy compliance and provide necessary reporting to drive savings and overall governance
·  Generate audit reports to ensure compliance with policy, identify policy exceptions and fraud.
·  Assist with Internal control and audit related matters
·  Update end to end business process and controls documentation
·  Provide ad hoc reports to support business needs and requirements
·  Ensure and drive elevated associate experience, specifically
·  Delivery of service levels and satisfy user needs efficiently and effectively
·  Drive organizational capability, associate engagement and end-user satisfaction

Education: Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience

Related Experience:  

·  Proficiency with Concur Travel and Expense system with administrator level experience and Cognos reporting professional author
·  Minimum 3 years Concur experience in a large organization
·  Configuration experience required
·  Strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills
·  Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·  Proficiency with MS Excel
·  Experience with SAP (preferred)
