DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
Lead for End user productivity & training initiatives, part of global End user productivity services team, primarily responsible to create, deliver and manage end user training and awareness contents for all tools and platforms supported by Global Technology services team. In addition, the person will get opportunity to work on specific productivity improvement projects / simplification tasks related to end user collaboration tools and solutions. This person will be part of a geographically diverse global team of similar resources, working to drive continuous improvement in end user productivity across the company.
Job Requirements:
• Very good command of the English language, both oral and written
• With actual experience as trainer with face to face and / or virtual audiences
• Good working knowledge with common reports tools / metrics
• Prior experience in planning and scheduling
• Training sessions, topics, schedules, audience

• Customer Service oriented
• Good working knowledge in ITIL /ITSM
• Certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Good working knowledge with HTML
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media
• PROFICIENT in MS Office 2013 applications.
• Good working knowledge in Excel Pivot Tables, Graphs, Formulas, Conditional formatting, Hyperlink.
• Knowledge in Macros and Data connections preferred but not mandatory.
• Good working knowledge with PowerPoint animations and hyperlinks.
• Knowledge in Graphics preferred but not mandatory.
• MS Office Training Certification preferred but not mandatory
• PROFICIENT in MS Outlook 2013 & Office 365 tools
• Good working knowledge in Calendaring, Signatures, Rules, OWA, Search Functions, Conversations
• Good working knowledge in various useful Tips and Tricks in Outlook 2013 is a must
• PROFICIENT in Collaboration & IM tools like MS Lync 2013
• Good working knowledge in Group Conversations, Lync Calls, Sending Files, Screen Sharing, Recording
• PROFICIENT (as a power user; not administrator) in MS SharePoint 2010 and 2013
• Working knowledge in Owner and Admin basics
• Working knowledge in Lists and Libraries
• Working knowledge in Web Parts
• Knowledge in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath preferred but not mandatory
• Good working knowledge in Cloud storage solutions like Box
• Good working knowledge in Intercall / WebEx / Lync / Bluejeans Online meetings
• Exposure to smartphones, tablets and devices as a power user / trainer
• Have the ability to clearly and concisely develop Global communications for desktop applications & services.
· Design and launch effective end user training & awareness campaigns
· Develop training curriculums from conception, execution and completion
· Identify and at times, independently lead small / medium size multiple productivity initiatives and improvement projects related to end user environment.
· Coordinate Technology events and roadshows
· Produce training videos using Adobe Captivate, Presenter, Digital Publishing, InDesign, Office Mix or other industry standard video software as needed to complete instructional design
· Maintain Project timelines, create status reports, facilitate project status meetings
· Makes sure that all of the basic education "know how's" on how to utilize ALL the standard IT tools in TCCC reach the Global users.
· Identify, plan, schedule and announce training topics for the rest of the Globe
· Execute appropriate marketing strategy to make sure training and education initiatives reach the Global users with positive impact
· Prepare appropriate METRICS to identify progress in training topics' quality and quantity, a well as progress in training attendance and users' gained knowledge
· Directly communicate with stakeholders for proper cascading of training initiatives for Global users
· Reports directly to the Training and Productivity Manager for regular updates, progress development and other IT Training related matters
· Works closely with other Technology Towers to identify various project updates for proper global communications
Education:
· B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Marketing or a related Discipline
Professional Experience Required:
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience
