DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
The role of the Technician is to produce beverage samples in pilot plant by operating processing equipment/machine and filling systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Making beverages by operating all equipment/machine (Jacket tank, extractor, homogenizer, heat exchanger, filler, utility machine, etc.) with production time management in pilot plant
· Operating analytical equipment for sample analysis
· Managing stock of utility, raw material, ingredient and package etc. for production
· Creating production report, SOP, test report etc.
· Maintaining equipment/machine and production line

· Innovation: Must be creative, but at the same time possess analytical skills necessary to effectively assess ideas from both internal and external sources.

· Technical Skills: Must have strong technical skills in operation and process technology and basic knowledge in food science.
· Project Management Skills: Skills to manage projects and deliver projects as agreed milestones Fundamental Skills
· Basic PC Skill: Excel, Word and Power Point.
· Basic English Skill: Basic written and verbal communication skill.
