Our Talent Acquisition team is proud to be dedicated to a specific part of The Coca-Cola Company: Global Business Services (GBS), the Company´s internal shared-services organization. Position Overview
As Recruiter for Coca-Cola's shared-services organization GBS you will be part of the global Talent Acquisition function and provide Talent Acquisition support to the GBS organization in EMEA, mainly in Warsaw. What this means in particular is that you will manage and consult on all aspects of the end-to-end hiring process and source external talent for all roles in the assigned geographies and lines of business (LOBs).
Hiring in the GBS organization is high volume, repetitive in nature, and is location specific. In this role you will partner with the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for GBS (Lead TAP) in developing and executing clearly defined talent pipeline strategies for GBS in EMEA and building employer brand awareness as a GBS hiring organization in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations
· Serve as end-to-end / full-lifecycle recruiter supporting the assigned geographies and LOBs, i.e. lead Intake, perform Sourcing and Pre-Screen, lead Shortlisting, facilitate Debrief, calculate and initiate, sometimes extend Offer, as well as initiate trigger actions with Talent Acquisition Logistics team and administer ATS and other data sources used in relation to the Talent Acquisition process in Coca-Cola.
· Lead and inform staffing decisions with accurate knowledge of the organization's business objectives and deep expertise of the external talent market place and internal talent landscape, identifying internal gaps and sourcing external talent where needed.
· Provide consultation, subject matter and problem resolution expertise to clients (Hiring Managers, Strategic Business Partners) and Lead TAP.
· Ensure all candidates / Hiring Managers receive the Coca-Cola best-in-class candidate / Hiring Manager experience throughout the process end-to-end, incl. logistics and transactions, the latter by maintaining a close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Logistics team.
Pro-Active Pipelining
· Source and maintain specific and strategic talent pipelines for assigned geographies and LOBs based on knowledge of internal talent gaps as well as high turnover and/or niche roles. Potential programs: Employer Branding, University Partnerships, Social Media, Traineeship Program, and more.
· Create and drive innovative recruitment methods.
Project Work
Assist and support the Lead TAP with project work as well as ad hoc queries, reporting and analysis.
Related Responsibilities and Tasks
· Educate Hiring Managers and interview teams on process steps, pre-requisites of hiring in Coca-Cola, hiring etiquette, market insights and peer equity.
· Conduct Hiring Manager “needs clarification” upon opening of requisition (Intake).
· Manage internal and external pipeline of candidates through the hiring process.
· Monitor and ensure goals for candidate slate mix are met for each position.
· Pre-screen and develop slate of candidates.
· Address issues with scheduling and other Talent Acquisition logistics activities with Talent Acquisition Logistics team.
· Manage candidate selection process and facilitate Debrief sessions with the interview team.
· Develop salary recommendations, work with Hiring Managers and Total Rewards to coordinate the offer and initiate relocation if needed.
· Track and document all activity related to a recruitment process within the ATS, ensuring compliance with local and global process standards and legal requirements.
· Partner with the Lead TAP to produce, analyze, and distribute reporting and metrics for GBS hiring.
What you need to be successful
· University/Bachelor´s Degree, ideally HR related.
· 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of direct recruiting experience (full-lifecycle and sourcing), ideally in an HR function in a multinational company.
· Recruitment experience within SSC/BPO environment (must) and recruitment agency/search firm (ideal).
· Recruiting and Sourcing expertise, including proficiency in an Applicant Tracking System, ideally PeopleFluent, Workday experience ideal.
· Consulting and stakeholder management.
· (Polish) Employment Law, as applicable for recruiting, sourcing, and hiring.
· Project Management and Business Acumen.
· Protocol and Cultural Diversity (for appropriate markets).
· Team Player.
· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and a good judgment and discipline to act accordingly.
