DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Provide cross-functional expert knowledge to support multi-functional areas like Supply Chain, SRA, Product Development and Business Unit;
• Communicate and enforce policies and processes regarding ingredient composition and product formulation issues.
• Efficiently generate documents and input/review formulations in TCCC proprietary databases for formula approval process;
• Responsible for people training to TCCC system about formulas and ingredients, including policies and guidelines.
• Act as TCCC system Subject Matter Experts (SME).
• Member of TCCC system Operation Team, managed by Corporate R&D, with the purpose of optimizing the system, developing new tools and creating training manuals.

TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
Food Science: Knowledge of principles of basic food science and their application to the beverage industry. Knowledge of key ingredients used in production of Company products.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent
