Coca-Cola Far East Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company and is part of GBS, which is Coca-Cola’s multi-functional internal shared services organization providing a wide range of transactional and business support services across the company, within functional areas such as:  Finance and Procurement Operations, Human Resources Operations, Data Governance, User Experience and Digital, Workplace Strategy and Operations, Creative Business Solutions, Controls and Compliance, Operational Excellence, and Change Practice.  Coca-Cola’s main GBS locations are in Atlanta (Georgia, USA), Manila (Philippines), Warsaw (Poland), Drogheda (Ireland), Buenos Aires (Argentina), and San Jose (Costa Rica).

Salesforce Global Consultant
BGC, Taguig, Philippines

Position Overview

This position is part of the Enabling Functions team, reporting to the GBS organization, and is responsible for partnering with Global Business Service clients (Service Centers, COEs, etc.) to provide best in class Salesforce and Telephony solutions, thought leadership, delivery and consultative services. In this role, the person will be required to interact with business users and IT to gather requirements, understand technical details, develop, implement, train and test appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· 
The Consultant will be responsible for providing daily monitoring and support of Salesforce, Telephony and other systems/ interfaces and will be a liaison with Global IT and the service centers to resolve any incidents and business issues.   

· 
In addition, this role will be responsible for working with various internal and external stakeholders to recommend or support requests for new functionality.

· 
The Consultant will lead the end-to-end cycle of conducting business requirements gathering sessions, translating the business requirements for developers to configure and integrate new functionality, and performing user acceptance testing prior to deployment.

· 
The Consultant must be able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams, to analyze and solve problems, and to ensure timely, accurate completion of critical business needs.  

What you can expect

· 
Provide Service Delivery consultation and recommendations. Research & develop best in class service solutions. Attend training courses, cross-team knowledge sharing session and participate in HR Service Cloud user groups

· 
Design, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions

· 
Provide end-user support & administration: process access requests, resolve access issues, role, queue assignments, email notifications, plug-ins, reporting and dashboards. Assist with security review audits and update business SLAs.

· 
Develop training materials and deliver training to the service centers and other stakeholders.

· 
Review and understand Salesforce release management and make recommendations to implement new solutions.

· 
Participate in the Salesforce Operating & Governance Committee meetings: help prioritize future work, share information, collaborate and provide thought leadership.

· 
Communicate daily with stakeholders globally regarding business and technical issues internally and externally to The Coca-Cola Company.

· 
Review complex business processes, make recommendations to solve and implement solutions across all HR processes globally. Analyze employee and manager usability to make enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

· 
Make decisions on technical platform enhancements that may impact business service delivery or the employee/manager experience.

· 
Make decisions on new Salesforce functionality to implement. Which may include expanding vendor relationships, integration partners, or adding a new vendor.

· 
Partner with GBS HR to understand current process and technology and identify areas of opportunity. Develop innovative solutions to improve internal operations, employees and manager experiences.

· 
Support special projects as required.

What you need to be successful

· 
At least 1 to 3 years professional experience supporting and developing CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud.

· 
At least 1 to 3 years’ experience supporting global business operations.

· 
Strong customer focus and client communications.

· 
Ability to document business and technical processes

· 
Preferred Salesforce Certification ( Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Developer)

· 
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
