DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
Provide analytics support to enable the Revenue Growth Management Performance team in the development & stewardship of annual revenue growth strategies. This role will focus on analytics & performance management across the entire DSD portfolio across all classes of trade. Key areas for the role include:
• Information & Insights Synthesis: Manage & synthesize diverse internal and external data sources to identify key brand trends
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Leverage synthesized insights to define key takeaways and recommended action plans to drive profitable growth for Customers and KO
• Stewardship & Performance Tracking: Develop & implement scorecards & communication routines against key brands and initiatives
Educational: Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree
Experience
Minimum Required: 3-4 years of experience, ideally in CPG industries. Strong working knowledge of Nielsen or other syndicated POS data
Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of key internal data resources (e.g. Matrix, MRE, Margin Minder, EVC). Strong PowerPoint skills. Specific experience in Performance tracking & scorecard development. Brand and/or customer experience.
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Advanced analytics experience
• Ability to synthesize key takeaways across wide range and variety of data sources and translate into defined opportunities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable working with databases and large data sets. Able to create simple queries.
• Skilled in other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
• System Analytics including research, opportunity/SWOT assessments, and ability to prioritize the highest leverage opportunities for CCNA & Customers.
• Experience with collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable results & problem-solving.
• Knowledge of syndicated marketplace information & data (e.g., Nielsen)
Preferred Level:
• Data visualization skills
• Report and dashboard development using Macros, programming or Tableau.
