Global Business Services (GBS)
GBS, The Coca-Cola Company's Global Business Services, is a multi-functional internal shared-services provider for a wide range of transactional services across all Coca-Cola business units within three functional areas: Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement Operations. Our GBS main locations are Buenos Aires (Argentina), San José (Costa Rica), Manila (Philippines), Warsaw (Poland), Drogheda (Ireland) and Atlanta (Georgia, USA).
Our GBS Hub in Warsaw provides its services mainly to the above mentioned Business Units in Europe, Eurasia and Africa. On top of that we deliver a number of select services to Coca-Cola operations across the globe.
Established in 2010 with a current approximate number of 190 associates from over 20 different nationalities, this rapidly growing team is highly capable and diverse. The GBS Hub uses the latest Cloud based technology in its focus to drive productivity for the world's largest beverage company.

HR Project Team Member
based in Warsaw
Position Overview
You will be part of a Project Team working on documenting all processes and services delivered by GBS HR Operations. You will be responsible for Compensation and Benefits procedures for some of the countries within the scope of GBS EMEA. The role gives unique opportunity to understand operations of all HR service lines – HR Help Desk, Talen Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits. It also offers a great development opportunity due to geographical scope of the project – 60 countries across EMEA. The successful person should have an interest in data research, cross team collaboration and a mind-set to task execution in complex environment.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for collecting information and preparing comprehensive and accurate documentation of HR processes and services – Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Manuals, Process Maps.
• Responsible for execution of assigned tasks and timely delivery of results.
• Provide support and work shadowing to Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
• Consult on details of process steps across HR, Finance, Payroll teams.
What you need to be successful:
• Experiences in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources, Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, Project Management, Knowledge Management, Process Management.
• Fluency in English , any additional language is a plus (ideally French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish or Russian)
• Quick learner with a positive approach towards challenges.
• Analytical mind concentrated on problem solving.
• Detail oriented and good at planning and organizing.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Good at task/time management skills.
• Team player.
