Global Business Services (GBS)


GBS, The Coca-Cola Company's Global Business Services, is a multi-functional internal shared-services provider for a wide range of transactional services across all Coca-Cola business units within three functional areas: Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement Operations. Our GBS main locations are Buenos Aires (Argentina), San José (Costa Rica), Manila (Philippines), Warsaw (Poland), Drogheda (Ireland) and Atlanta (Georgia, USA).

Our GBS Hub in Warsaw provides its services mainly to the above mentioned Business Units in Europe, Eurasia and Africa. On top of that we deliver a number of select services to Coca-Cola operations across the globe.

P2P Service Center Associate
with German or  Russian o r Spanish
based in Warsaw

Position Overview

As P2P Service Center Associate you will be responsible for incoming queries from internal (Coca-Cola associates) as well as external clients (vendors, suppliers) related to Accounts Payable and Procurement processes. Your main goal will be to lead the communications with those clients, capture issues as well as independantly respond to inquiries and resolve matters . Requests can come in through various channels (email, phone, fax).


Key Responsibilities


· Answer phone, voicemail, and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
· Provide personalized customer service at the highest level.
· Research escalated accounts payable (including internal expense reports) and procurement issues using available system resources. Includes payments made, purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor records, payment deductions, open and closed invoices, check remittance, and discrepancies.
· Follow-up with clients, ensuring all requests are appropriately and thoroughly resolved in a timely manner, and that the solution is received and acceptable to the client.
· Document calls, tickets, resolutions, status, and escalations in existing databases (call logs and reports).
· Perform analyses on extracted data to audit and identify unusual activity (i.e. duplicate payments or vendors, significant or large transactions, etc.).
· Meet all assigned Service Level agreements.
· Lead or participate in special projects as assigned.
What you need to be successful

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
· Thorough understanding of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes including an automated 3-way match system.
· Ability to research and extract data from Coca-Cola´s Financial Systems to troubleshoot problems and provide information.
· Financial systems experience, including queries and data analysis, preferably in SAP.
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
· Fluent in English language AND Russian or German or Spanish.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· Problem analysis and solving by exercising good judgment.
· Ability to drive process improvements by analyzing business processes and developing solutions that will improve performance and results.
