Position Overview:
This commercial finance role is responsible for driving value creation within the CCNA customer negotiation process in order to ensure strategic growth of volume and economic profit, support of customer and channel strategies, while managing investment levels that are aligned to segmentation levels.
The primary focus of this job will be customer deal support of the National Foodservice On-Premise West Zone under 50K gallon accounts and National Onsite Specialty Retail organizations (NFSOP). This position may also assist with other Foodservice and On Premise deals as needed. The position acts as a consultant and support to NFSOP Sales Teams by providing analytical support on customer deals during the negotiation process. These deals encompass multi-year, multi-product contractual programs. This position will establish and maintain collaborative business partnerships with internal clients as needed during negotiations. The role also interacts with internal leadership during monthly approval processes.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Create the economics analysis models, review, provide input, approve and present completed analyses that requires expert knowledge of value chain in order to assess economic and commercial viability of proposed programs.
- Facilitates and influences value-based solutions on proposed customer programs with cross-functional partners.
- Provide insight and expertise on strategic business issues and work on special project assignments, as assigned, in order to drive innovative business improvements or advance business objectives, profitably
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or CPA preferred
Experience: At least 2-4 years financial or commercial finance.
Preferred experience and knowledge of IT systems using Plus, OPS, Matrix. Skills: Critical analysis, decision making, leadership, collaboration, systems economics, profitability management are critical to the role. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
