We’re looking for Career Express 365 (Part-Time HR Intern) for 2016-2017!

The person will have the opportunity to work with the team and support end to end processes that will be related with employer branding, talent development, talent acquisition and other operations. Detailed analysis and creative thinking is needed in the projects that will be assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• Passionate for The Coca-Cola Company

• Must be a 3rd/4th year, studying at college or a first year Masters student (expected graduation 2017) who would like to pursue an HR career

• Should be able to commit full-time (5 days) in the summer and part-time (at least 3 days and/or more) per week during school time until graduation date

• Individuals who have prior HR internship experience

• Competent at communication, organization and planning skills

• A good team player who is innovative & creative minded

• Advanced in English (please note that HR team includes international associates)

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with self-initiative

• Ability to work with teams in a multi-cultural environment
