Position Overview:

Hansen’s Beverage Co, a leading natural beverages company owned by Coca-Cola’s Ventures & Emerging Brands Group, is looking for the right person to help our office and team operate more effectively. We are an entrepreneurial company with unique brands that are ‘’putting fun back into natural’’ that needs a hard-working, resourceful, hands-on Office Manager & Project Coordinator. Reports To: SVP & GM + VP of National Sales       

Location: Hansen’s Beverage Co Headquarters – Tustin, CA

Overview: The Office Manager & Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  This position serves as the primary “face” for Hansen’s Beverage Co for all people who make contact with the company either on the phone, in person, or via email.  This position is also responsible for

• Managing & Coordinating Hansen’s Beverage Co brands participation in 2-3 trade shows / events per year, the largest of which is Expo West

• Supporting the National Warehouse Sales organization with smooth management and compliance with the MEM system (Marketing Expense Management)

• Providing travel and admin support to the VP of national sales

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greet all visitors and guests with a friendly demeanor

• Answering the main office phone lines in a timely, efficient and pleasant manner

• Oversee and manage all shipping

• Maintain and manage storage room and product inventory/deliveries

• Distribute daily mail and packages

• Maintain overall office appearance (kitchen/conference rooms and general office cleanliness)

• Order office supplies as needed

• Managing & Coordinating Hansen’s Beverage Co brands participation in 2-3 trade shows / events per year, the largest of which is Expo West

• Supporting the National Warehouse Sales organization with smooth management and compliance with the MEM system (Marketing Expense Management)

• Providing travel and admin support to the VP of national sales

• Coordinate office birthday celebrations, farewell lunches, special occasion events, and order/set up of office lunches as needed

• Work on other special projects as required

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher (bachelor’s degree preferred)

• 1+ yrs minimum work experience / 3+yrs work experience preferred

• Excellent phone and in-person etiquette

• Excellent verbal skills

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized

• Good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Previous office management experience highly valued
