Global Business Services (GBS)
GBS, The Coca-Cola Company's Global Business Services, is a multi-functional internal shared-services provider for a wide range of transactional services across all Coca-Cola business units within three functional areas: Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement Operations. Our GBS main locations are Buenos Aires (Argentina), San José (Costa Rica), Manila (Philippines), Warsaw (Poland), Drogheda (Ireland) and Atlanta (Georgia, USA).
Our GBS Hub in Warsaw provides its services mainly to the above mentioned Business Units in Europe, Eurasia and Africa. On top of that we deliver a number of select services to Coca-Cola operations across the globe.

Your Career Opportunity:
Global Benefits Project Manager
based in Warsaw
Position Overvie w :
In this operations position, you will coordinate upcoming Benefits Governance Reviews, track, project manage and contribute to remediation work resulting from these reviews, as well as provide overall support for key strategic benefits initiatives and work streams.
You will be working closely with the Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE) and Global Business Services (GBS) to create and execute project plans, report status, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Global Benefits Project Manager you will have primary responsibility for the project management of all work related to Benefits Governance Reviews (both actual country reviews as well as structural work in-country and globally to address identified opportunities) within Coca-Cola International. You will need to follows up, input and ensure timely completion of all work, as well as support in reporting on the work to the Global Benefits Governance Committee (GBGC). During the execution phase of assigned projects you will also serve as the project manager.
Function-specific activities include:
· Organizing and leading country calls to monitor work against business plan and take action to resolve variances (i.e. change activities or approach), or adjust plan as appropriate.
· Preparing and sending out meeting notes for different status calls: (e.g. work stream calls, Global Benefits Governance, monthly check-ins, Compensation & Benefits integration meeting).
· Organizing and coordinating project logistics and resources on a regular basis to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
· Providing support and input to benefits reviews, action item work and strategic initiatives.
· Identifying system requirements and/or enhancements needed to support the successful design, development and implementation of corrective measures in collaboration with the COEs and GBS resources.
· Drafting GBGC presentation material on a quarterly basis in order to present project status, and bring up any necessary items to be escalated.
· Assisting members of a project team to meet expectations by monitoring their work and helping them make adjustments.
· Working with relevant Information Systems (e.g. RFI tool to plan and execute reviews, Global Benefits Repository or action item tracking tools).

What you need to be successful:
For this role you will need the ability to lead independently , to drive and organize change in a complex environment , and to lead and participate in cross functional global teams . Strong attention to detail, project management, international experience, and benefits expertise are must haves, a deep International Benefits experience is a plus.
The following skills and experiences will help you to identify yourself as the optimal candidate for this role:
· Solid track record in project and process management methodologies.
· Proficiency in stakeholder management and managing multiple projects simultaneously with multiple global process partners (Regional subject matter experts, Procurement, CoEs, Payroll, Finance, HR, Audit, etc.) while providing benefits delivery thought leadership and issue resolution.
· Capability in defining the issues and scope of assigned projects and determining the approach and methodology for the implementation.
· Specific areas of focus may include standardizing program offerings, coordinating action plans, facilitating global meetings, and instituting operational enhancements for a number of geographies globally.
· Expertise with Benefits Plans and programs, i.e. understanding government, regulatory and Company requirements and communications for different Benefit Plans.
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
· At least 3 years work experience in Benefits plans and programs, as well as at least 3 years in Project Management.
