DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:

Our Grand Prairie plant seeks a General Laborer, Warehouse to join our Team. To move raw materials and finished product, ensuring the proper receipt, shipment and quality of the company product from the internal and external warehouse while leading your team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

·  Picking, staging, and loading of finished products Unload and put away product/materials.
·  Maintain logs, check trailers for cleanliness and document.
·  Check trailers for accuracy of shipment.
·  Ensure outbound loads are sealed by the appropriate means.
·  Check for proper labeling of products.
·  Make up mixed pallets as needed
·  Understand FEFO Identify and appropriately respond to Non-Conforming Product (NCP)
·  Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
·  Ensure GMP Fulfill customer needs with accuracy and quality.
·  Check in/out trucks, Record Daily Activities and data input using SAP and Data Pass.
·  Forklift Safety and process shipping documentation.
·  Serve as final quality checkpoint

Other Functions:

·  Relieve for breaks, meetings, training, etc.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures. Ability to record information. Ability to move up to 50 lbs. a distance of at 5 feet. Visual ability to identify product, label, container, and equipment problems. Manual dexterity to manipulate small objects. Ability to stand for extended periods (2 hours).Ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods (2 hours). Ability to work overtime as needed.

JOB LOCATION AND WORK CONDITIONS:

Work is performed in high-speed bottling and production environment. Work requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, tanks, wet conditions, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc. 24 hour operation. Shift hours change dependent on production needs.

 EQUIPMENT:

Personal protective equipment. Hoist, hand cart, hand tools, measuring instruments, equipment operations manuals.

  2nd Shift 6:30 PM-7:00 AM
