DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:

· Supports National Foodservice & On-Premise cross-functional account teams on customer negotiations on contract renewals/renegotiations, investment spending, new business opportunities and category expansion.  This encompasses providing business consulting, value chain development and financial analysis, ensuring customer portfolio equity and channel integrity, and working with a cross functional negotiating team (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Bottling Partners, etc.) to help drive towards value-based customer agreements.
· Financial Analysis: perform value-chain analysis and economic validation of proposed customer program variables within a customer deals model to model key outcomes and metrics (i.e., Operating Income, Economic Profit); synthesize information, aggregate & present information in a common format,:  etc.
· Develop, maintain, and use financial models, templates, strategic and operational measures and software programs/systems in order to perform financial analysis.
· Perform analysis that requires application of financial concepts and/or tools (e.g., NPV, IRR, Discounted Cash Flow, statistical analyses, economic analyses, line item walk-forwards, volume building blocks).
· Identify and analyze variances between plans and/or results and business unit commitment.
· Prepare rolling estimate by collecting and evaluating all available actual, forecast, risk/opportunity information, operating management direction and revising as appropriate.
· Ensure that contracts with customers and bottlers are executed in compliance with the established terms of the agreement (e.g., funding levels, performance requirements, marketing reciprocals, looks of success).
· Review and approve documents in compliance with Chart of Authority.
· Identify, research and make recommendations for resolution of data integrity issues.
· Ensure all accounting entries and authorizations are in compliance with Company Accounting Policy and GAAP.
· Prepare supplemental reports, information, and documentation as required for internal and external auditors and the Tax Department.

Education: Bachelor's degree requred, CPA or MBA preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years relevant experience required

Skills:

· Financial Reporting: Knowledge and application of the Company's financial reporting processes, procedures, and systems 
· Financial Systems and Processes. Ability to research financial systems and processes (e.g., journal vouchers, expense reports, vendor file) to resolve issues (e.g., missing expense checks, missing journal vouchers). 
· Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of international, U.S. or local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This includes the ability to apply these principles and determine compliance with the principles.
· Reconciliation. Ability to compare data from various data sources and identify inconsistencies or variances.
