DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
· Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of DME management
· Provide timely and quality DME management information report to meet business need
· Improve administrative efficiency via DME taking over and sharing ratio change
· Cross audit – perform periodically cross audit in line with internal organization to ensure legal and audit compliance
Key Result Areas
· DME management and implementation
· Processing taking over project for ECS Region
· Assist finance manager and franchise operation team to alignment with bottler on annual DME taking over budget
· DME monthly tracking and reconciliation with SBL & Zhuhai
· Provide timely and quality management information report to meet business need
· Provide accurate DME monthly rolling estimation base on aligned BTL with bottlers and ATL with media report for YTD and PY monthly phasing and business requirement for YTG.
· Provide DME monthly tracking analysis to operation team
· Identify the business risks and opportunities via DME investment analysis
· Provide taking over and DME sharing ratio change analysis and implement with Region/BU
· Cross audit – perform periodically cross audit in line with internal organization to ensure legal and audit compliance
