Position Overview:
The Digital Assets Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing efforts to build our Company’s capability in digital asset and rights management. This role will manage the on-going management of the Company’s nascent enterprise digital asset management solution set. The Product Manager position will work internationally and cross-functionally to build, implement and grow the Company’s enterprise-wide digital asset management capability (called Digital Media Exchange, or DMeX).
In this role, you will be the key point of connection for other areas of the business (including agencies, bottlers and customers) looking to leverage the solution and its consolidated repository of assets and data. The solution set will eventually support the storage and use of a diverse matrix of digital assets within the enterprise in today’s workflows, and a thoughtful approach to evaluating these various needs and planning potential integration points will shape the long-term infrastructure for tomorrow’s digital asset needs.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
· Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow adoption and improve customer experience
· Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
· Work closely with internal implementation teams (including Global Information Technology) and vendor’s professional services team to deliver to meet requirements and minimize time-to-market
· Drive product launches in coordination with Digital Assets Engagement and Operations leads
· Evaluate engagement plans and communications to ensure they are consistent with product strategy and capabilities
· Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the System
· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
· Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, use case scenarios and user personas
· Maintain the product portfolio roadmap
· Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle from inception through post-production
· Work closely with service-provider partners that provide asset management and rights management services to understand enhancements that will drive operational efficiencies and user satisfaction
· Analyze the internal and external competitive landscapes and conduct technology assessments to identify and incorporate innovations and best practices
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or related product management professional certifications.
Related Work Experience:
· 3 years minimum in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or similar capabilities (such as MAM, CAM, etc.) or related fields including, but not limited to, Web Content Management (WCM) or robust Content Management Services (CMS), Records Management (RM), Digital Librarian or Archival Service management offering.
· 2 years in creative production (or similar) process preferred to map capability to specific market needs.

· Adept at evaluating new technologies (e.g., software, hardware, middle-ware,) and industry trends in order to improve user performance, or expand customer base, and others.
· Ability to research and analyze business information to develop an understanding of the industry and competitive environment.
· Risk Management: Knowledge of procedures used and ability to assess the ramifications of external developments and internal decisions on the Company's business and reputation, and counsel management on how to minimize risks.
· Project Management: Ability to prioritize work, develop workflows and staged processes to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time; establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues and risks, removing barriers and leveraging resources when necessary.
· Industry Knowledge Base: Knowledge of industry trends and competitive pressures, strategies and plans, organizational structure, decision-making process, contacts, technology infrastructure and systems.
· Platform integration: Identify and implement both digital asset management efficiencies within business units and opportunities for shared services across business units, which optimize workflows and applications in an effort to maximize cost savings; successfully foster adoption/use of DAM across Company's departments [production, distribution, operations, marketing, etc.]
· Demonstrated success implementing and managing digital asset management solutions and/or workflows in a complex or creative environment.
· Solid technical background, experience managing technical projects, and/or hands-on technical experience.
