DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Advantaged Supply Chain of the Technical Function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries along with 2 office locations (Atlanta & Drogheda, Ireland). CPS also manages complex juice supply chains on behalf of bottling partners.
The HR Operations Manager has responsibility for four broad areas:
· Lead and support the HRIS and WFA processes across all of CPS, working very closely with GBS and our HR SBPs to ensure that our HR Data is fully up to date at all times.
· Support the design and lead implementation of Global HR and CPS HR projects across the world.
· Provides HR support to the CPS AOC Team and other Lean Center team members as part of the HR Delivery Model.
· Delivers a whole range of ad hoc items critical to the smooth running of CPS. This will include among others:
· Providing key data, analytics, and custom/ad hoc reports for varying levels of management and operations support.
· Partner with HR GBS and COEs to deliver HR services to stakeholders and continuously improve overall service delivery.
· Is a key member of the CPS HR Team which develops and drives HR initiatives across CPS.
· Supports the Business Plan design and execution in order to achieve business results and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS/Workforce Administration – 20%
· Lead HRIS projects across all geographies including Workday type initiatives or similar
· Oversee the GBS HR support for CPS and be the single point of contact for HR processes. Build trust with key business partners in GBS, COE’s, Plant HR Teams and BU HR Teams, as appropriate.
· Ensure all changes are properly implemented, particularly at times of major change
· Conduct monthly audits of data.
· Lead work on ensuring accurate manager and employee data certification, drive data accuracy across CPS by partnering with GBS, HR SBPs and COEs ensuring HR data is 100% accurate at all times.
Project Management – 20%
· Leads the coordination of global projects implementation in CPS, which will vary from year to year but will include transformation projects in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, IT Systems and Employee Insight Survey initiatives
· Will work very closely with GBS, COE’s, HR SBPs, CPS Management Teams etc on these.
· Typical projects that this position would have led in the past include Workday, EIS, VRR, HR Metrics etc.
HR SBP Role / Employee Relations – 20%
· Provides support to the CPS AOC Team members in terms of communication, changes, queries etc.
· Supports the Plant SBPs in the investigation and resolution of Employee Relations and Labor Relations issues.
· Liaises with Global Labor Relations to ensure effective coordination of the Workplace Rights Audit programs and appropriate follow-up.
Ad-Hoc Items / Change – 40%
· Providing key data, analytics, and custom/ad hoc reports for varying levels of management and operations support.
· Sustains continuous dialogue with managers on both internal and external change issues and opportunities. Supports development of change plans and implementation of People Change.
· Analyzes how change can be sustained/supported through redesigned HR strategies, programs, practices, policies, and processes. Supports implementation strategies and customization requirements for HR plans, programs, processes, and tools to ensure business unit needs are met while remaining compliant with policy.
· Activates change management and communication plans to support major organizational changes.
Related Work Experience and Education
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working in human resources management, particularly in data management / project management, either at a plant, region or geographic level.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Functional Skills
· HR Systems knowledge – in-depth knowledge of our SAP HR System and how it connects with other systems including Cornerstone etc. Must be fully capable of doing data analysis and very competent with Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Project Management – must be able to develop a project plan, key deliverables and then execute the plan, with key global stakeholders
· HR SBP skills to work the CPS AOC Team in a proactive hands on way, being able to offer good advice and coaching to people, while demonstrating sound judgement.
· Business Acumen and be able to apply an understanding of the business by providing counsel around key business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
· Must have high levels of emotional intelligence, be able to operate across cultures, have excellent consulting, project management and communications skills.

Cultural Diversity
The incumbent in this role needs excellent interpersonal skills and very well developed cultural awareness skills, given that the role will work closely with people in 19 plants in 18 different countries, working with multiple stakeholders within the broader KO System. Fluent written and spoken English as well as strong communication skills are a definite requirement. Additional languages are desirable.
Travel Requirements
This role will be based in Atlanta. The incumbent in the role may occasionally travel to CPS Plants or HR GBS Centers to work with key stakeholders. Travel Percentage < 5%.
