Position Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager will manage all field marketing activities in an assigned Tier 1 & Tier 2 territories. The person in this role will manage brand ambassadors, interns & college ambassadors as well as manage relationships with company sales representatives & distributor representatives in the assigned Tier 1 territory, as well as manage a condensed activation program in their assigned Tier 2 market. The primary responsibility is to increase brand awareness, trial and purchase for the Hubert’s Lemonade brand, manage best in class field execution that is on-brand strategy through events, guerilla sampling and demo activity, while maintaining strong relationships with brand partners. This role will also involve coordinating team calendars, weekly & monthly reporting, as well as management of multiple hourly team members. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, hands-on individual who can quickly establish relationships and manage a growing field team. They will have a thirst for excellence and have a passion for the sweet life with a desire to succeed in making Hubert’s Lemonade the #1 lemonade brand in the country.
· Strategically plan and develop field marketing programs centered around use of the Blue Sky Food Truck for their assigned territory to support Brand and Sales leaders’ needs and objectives
· Manage and motivate a group of brand ambassadors and interns. Recruit, hire, train and continuously develop these team members, evaluate performance and create directives that enhance team performance
· Actively generate trial & brand awareness of Blue Sky brand through primary use of the Food Truck by guerilla sampling, events, account interaction and influencer seeding while adhering to brand pillars and target consumers
· Maintain reporting inclusive of the following: scheduling, timesheets, monthly recaps, execution insights, key learnings and best practices, ambassador performance, coaching and follow up
· Create, build and maintain strategic relationships with brand partners, sales team and DSD reps in order to grow the brand at retail
· Deliver execution with excellence
· Study market conditions and develops strategies with field team necessary to execute activations on a local level, must stay current with market developments and opportunities as they happen
· Be social media savvy to assist Social Media & Brand Manager with content tied to execution
· Manage product inventory and local marketing program expenses to budget
· Partner with sales counterpart as needed to develop local initiatives and customer support

Support distributor/customer efforts with monthly meetings, demo coordination, presentations and other creative ways to foster relationships for the brand
Develop strong rapport with counterparts & external partners through consistent, professional communication
Manage all logistics needed to run a successful field marketing program centered on use of the Food Truck, including storage management, vehicle fleet coordination, product truck deliveries, cleaning & inventory of materials and other related duties in the market.
Create opportunity for field activation through developing and fostering marketing partnerships
Identify opportunities to uniquely improve consumer experience both in store and in market
Budget and inventory management
• · 3-5 years of experience in the beverage or CPG industry
· 1-2 years of management experience
· · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
· · Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Experience in promotional marketing or event execution
· Must live in Denver market - strong geographic knowledge of the market is a must; familiarity with greater region a plus
· Willingness to work a flexible schedule, typical work week varies from week to week and includes early mornings, nights and weekends
· Travel 30 – 50% around the state of Colorado as needed, some additional travel outside of the state may be required.
· Position includes daily extended driving of large Food Truck on a weekly basis
· Proven knowledge of distributor and retail customers
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with managers, customers and partners; ability to collaborate at all levels
· Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses
· Able to work independently while being a team player
· A clean driving record
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs
