DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
HIRING for 6 positions!
To direct all activities required to achieve all business goals, including retail sales objectives, guest service, human resource management, payroll and operating expenses, loss prevention, guest recovery, inventory management and merchandise presentation.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Directs guest service efforts that are consistent with the business standards, to increase transactions and capture guest opportunities.
· Responsible for team and individual performance development to accomplish the business objectives.
· Responsible for sales, payroll and guest service goals, for a pre-determined area of the business
· Ensure direct reports have clarity about their roles and responsibilities. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
· Recruitment of new talent
· Establish strong standards of guest service and effectively message and coach others on meeting these standards.
· Ensure that show quality standards are consistently maintained throughout the retail store, to include identifying areas of opportunities and collaboration with appropriate stakeholders to attain a resolution.
· Partner with management team for the weekly key item walks and assist with follow-up procedures.
· Interpret and implement visual presentation guidelines and updates for retail store in order to react to sales trends and generate increased revenues.
· Provide leadership and support for the financial and operational management of the retail POS ensuring that all appropriate accounting and cash handling procedures are consistently adhered to.
· Delegate work assignments and tasks to appropriate individuals, providing sufficient direction so desired business outcomes can be achieved.

Position Requirements:
· Guest Service Mindset: Ensures that the guest remains top priority. Is proficient in selling skills, able to handle multiple guests, suggestive sell and add-on, able to develop others in this critical skill. Is proficient in conflict resolution as it applies to guest complaints and concerns, and able to exceed guest expectations.
· Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
· Replenishment and Stock Control: Able to direct replenishing the sales floor with product has knowledge of the layout and function of the stockroom and is skilled with inventory control management.
· Business Etiquette: Communicate effectively with guests, members of management and ambassadors. Ability to communicate with others, via telephone or in person, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to understand, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances in order to achieve results.
· Organization: Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Needs the ability to plan and exercise control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity by setting goals against requires tasks or projects.
· Retail Sales Knowledge: Knowledge of and ability to apply retail selling skills.
· Payroll: Knowledge of and ability to operate company-owned stores and attractions within those guidelines.
· Microsoft Office Suite: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands:
· Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods, 2 – 4 hours
· Able to climb ladders and step ladders
· Able to key on computer for extended periods, 4 – 6 hours
· Lifting, pushing, and pulling 50 lbs. objects frequently; this includes lifting from one level to another level
· Frequent bending and kneeling
· Able to climb sets of stairs
Educational Requirements and Experience:
· Bachelors or Equivalent
· 3 years retail experience in a fast paced environment
· Minimum of 2 years people management experience in the retail industry
