Position Overview:

Position Purpose:

Support and implement the strategies and tactics that will guide the next 130 years of growth on the world’s greatest brand.

Be a thinker and a doer, mining for consumer and business insights, challenging the old ways, and driving the business forward.

Candidate should bring/possess:

Function Specific Activities:

·  Own Monthly Operating Brand Business Review preparation and reporting process
·  Collect, analyze and synthesize data into a written report as a part of the brand Situation Assessment process which identifies brand-building opportunities by utilizing key insights
·  Work end-to-end with cross-functional teams to develop programs to grow the business across retail, IMC, innovation, and everywhere we want to be.
·  Organize and coordinate project logistics and resources on a regular basis to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Master's Degree is not required (with appropriate real-world experience)

Related Work Experience:
2 or more years of experience in a marketing related role (focused on the consumer)

Technical Skills:

·  Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts used in the development of marketing plans.
·  Knowledge of syndicated sources (e.g., AC Nielsen, IRI, CCT+, Home Scan) used in the analysis of trended consumer and volume dynamics.
·  Creative Concept Evaluation: Ability to evaluate creative concepts and executions based on creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact.
·  Ability to interpret consumer trends in order to design, create or evaluate graphic packages to be applied to assortments of retail licensed merchandise.
·  Knowledge of and the ability to use basic financial analysis (e.g., Return on Investment, Value Chain Analysis) related to marketing effectiveness, resource allocations and new business opportunities.
