Job description
DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
- Drive responsible brand growth thru developing and implementing brand activation programs, including IMC campaigns and national trade activations to meet business objectives: grow profits and enhance brand love.
- Liaison between external (marketing and media/digital/event agencies) and internal (marketing and channel team) to develop/ execute effective activation campaigns.
- Evaluate activation campaign results and build effective campaign model to improve ROI.
Key Result Areas
- National IMC Program Planning/ Execution/ Evaluation
- National Trade Program Planning/ Execution/ Evaluation
- Manage media/ PR/ digital agency to develop insightful consumer activation program
- Monitor competitors’ activities and analysis market situation to proposal action plan
- Communication between brand marketing, trade marketing, channel and SO teams
- Manage given DME budget

Knowledge & Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in marketing, trade marekting field, preferred FMCG Company.
Education & Professional Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline, MBA is preferable
Language Requirements:
· Excellent in oral and written English.
Travel Requirements:
· Travel up to 10% of work time under normal conditions.
