About 2018 FIFA WC Project team

As a winning organization and to leverage this opportunity to the fullest based on learning from Sochi 2014 Olympics and previous FIFA World Cup, we have created a dedicated Coca-Cola Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup Project Team. The mission of this team is to develop & execute the necessary project programs, charters, and plans required to deliver on our System 2018 FIFA WC Legacies and to ensure a Best in Class event execution.
 


This position is temporary for 12 months.

JOB SUMMARY:


2018 FIFA activations coordinator is supporting 2018 FIFA activations manager in managing sport assets projects, including 2016 sport strategy implementation plan, coordinate TCCS sport for employees initiative from TCCC side, collaborate on Powerade plan execution, support approval manager in obtaining necessary approvals from UEFA, FIFA and KHL.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the implementation on Coca-Cola Russia Sport marketing assets: UEFA EURO2016, 2017FIFA Confederations Cup, 2018FIFA World Cup, Continental Hockey League (KHL), Powerade activation of Moscow Marathon including support during planning, preparing and execution of the activation plans per each asset.
• Collaborate with IMC on execution of Powerade 2016 BP plans and execute running initiatives and athletes/coaches partnership program for TCCS
• Support approval manager in obtaining necessary approvals from UEFA, FIFA and KHL
• Collaborate with Team assistant in PO, PS, GDat (where necessary) initiating, tracking and reporting
• Execute projects management within the approved budget and timeframes 

COMMUNICATION COMPLEXITIES:   
• Communication management within Russia, Ukraine, Belarus Business Unit
• Communication with Coca-Cola Hellenic Russia
• Communication with external partners (UEFA, FIFA and KHL)

ANALYSIS:  
• Timely project management
• Collaboration with agencies and Partners

JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING:
• 2018 FIFA activations coordinator will work with close supervision from 2018 FIFA Marketing Activations Manager and Football Asset Manager

INNOVATION:  
• Seek for productivity in managing the projects and related budgets

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 2018 FIFA activations coordinator is currently viewed as intern position within 2018 FIFA project team

RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimal experience in marketing from Agency or Client side
• Experience in sports marketing is preferred

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• University/Bachelors degree

CULTURAL DIVERSITY:
• Fluent English
