Sales and Artwork Administrator - FULL TIME
The Carole Group are suppliers of branded promotional merchandise based in Wokingham with our own print facility on site.
We have been established for 35 years and love everything about the promotional merchandise market place. It’s fast moving, dynamic and requires service levels to surpass even the most demanding of clients! We’ve become one of the sector’s leading specialists in personalised writing instruments and now our range has dramatically expanded with the launch of over 8,500 general promotional products.
As a market leader in our field, we are seeking to appoint a bright, enthusiastic individual to support our very successful internal trade telesales team. We are looking for someone who can add further value to our renowned reputation for service and quality.
This is not a sales role but you will be working within a very fast paced sales department and therefore confidence, being able to think on your feet and excellent organisational skills will be key to your success.
This role is very much the back bone of the department with the main focus on processing the orders confirmed from the sales team. The following duties will be conducted on a daily basis:
*Order entry using internal bespoke system
*Daily communication with the sales team
*Communication via e-mail with worldwide key suppliers
*Main contact with our in house production team
*Key artwork coordinator with our in house studio team
*Monitoring of stock arrivals
*Instructing warehouse or external couriers of incoming and outgoing deliveries
*Attend daily briefing and monthly sales meetings
*Assisting the sales and management team with administration tasks
*Covering incoming calls when required
*Communicating with customers and updating them on the progress of their order
You’ll need to have excellent verbal and written communication with a natural ability to offer excellent customer service. Our industry is extremely competitive and our service levels give us the edge so we need someone who is a problem solver and who can stay calm when in pressured situations.

The salary for this role is £18,000 plus incentives.

Full time role:
Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am - 4:15pm.
Parking on site for all staff plus we are walking distance from Wokingham train station.
