Thales Aerospace Beijing Co. Ltd. (TAB) was created in 1999. A repair station, with CAAC repair certification, was set up at the Beijing Airport Industrial Zone in 2006 by the Thales Avionics GBU.
Around 60 people work for the company today, in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Repair & Logistic operations for avionics and In-Flight Entertainment systems. TAB also supplies products to support Chinese airlines, equipment manufacturers and MROs.
TAB is a trusted partner of many Chinese companies, including Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, Sichuan Airlines.

Job title: Supply Chain Administrator

Job description:

Repair Service Administrator reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is responsible to oversee the day-to-day operation of the repair services administration and the day-to-day subcontract repair expediting work.

Missions and responsibilities:

· Manage the day-to-day Repair administration operation.

· Propose Exchange to Customers.

· Managing return of core units from Customers.

· Invoicing the Customers for the exchange.

· Perform exchange transaction in SAP.

· To retrieve and review daily WIP.

· Assist the Supply Chain Manager on other tasks.

· Subcontractor Management for Repair performance.

· Regular Subcontractor review and teleconference.

· Prepare sub-contracts and perform Good receipt (GR) in SAP.

· Follow up with subcontractors to expedite all overdue repair orders as well as resolving and discrepancies in the repair, freight charges or warranty issues.

Takes part to negotiate with suppliers and monitor flow-down of bid commitments to sub-contractors.

Requirements:

Required Education/Certificate:

· Minimum diploma holder.

Technical Skills:

· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in aviation industry or in Thales Organization.

· Minimum 1 year experience in administrative function.

· Familiar with MS office tools.

Personnel Skills:

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Strong coordination capabilities.

· Ability to manage customer relationship.

Language:

· Good command of English.
