To join our software developer and tester team in Györ (Hungary), we are looking for a:


Software Tester / Test Manager (m/w)


Your responsibilities:

· Inherit the role as a tester/test manager in a team of analysts, developers and testers
· Actively support the creation of use cases within the requirement phase
· Validate requirements in terms of testability
· Autonomously plan and track tests (in coordination with project management)
· Create test cases based on requirements and execute them
· Assistance in customer acceptance tests during the prototype phase
· Analysis of customer error reports, preparation of errors for development (description, reproducibility)
· Cooperation with developers and support for troubleshooting, periodical software releases (release candidates)
· Create test reports for verification
· Process-conformant test documentation („Test Plan“, „Test Case Description“, „Test Report“)
· Validation including creation of validation reports for different projects
· Creation of test scripts (test automation)

Your Profile:

· University degree, preferably in IT
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Proven experience in following fields:
· Revision control systems, preferably Subversion
· Bug-Reporting-Tools, preferably JIRA, ClearQuest
· Test scripts, automation and tools
· Creation and execution of test cases
· Process-driven workflows (waterfall model, V-model, CMMI, ...) and workflows in agile environments
· High level of self-organization
· Good communication skills
· Good team player
