The Role
The Team Administrator will be responsible for providing proactive, efficient and effective administrative support to the UK Proposal and Creative Solutions team.
Experience
Evident experience in a busy office environment including extensive use of Microsoft Office suite (Essential)
Proven organisational experience (including prioritisation of tasks)

Core Responsibilities
• Maintaining information using the department's workflow tools
• Raising purchase order requisitions and logging information. Ensure that invoices have been paid correctly.
• Input task information into the department database.
• Dealing directly with customers, responding to enquiries and redirecting appropriately.
• Managing the department booking code information
• Arranging meetings, travel and calendar management to include catering and visitor database entries.
• Site stationery support
• Site outstation and team printer support to include meter readings, troubleshooting and engineer and consumable support

Key skills
• Ability to work without supervision in a confident manner to support the UK Proposal and Creative Solutions manager, management team and team members
• Excellent written inter-personal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Must be proactive, able to use own initiative and possess a flexible attitude to the workload
• Must be a team player who is able to follow instructions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Qualifications
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or equivalent
• Ideally educated to A – level or equivalent
