IVVQ Test Engineer (Ref.Nr. 1702374)
in the Aerospace division at our headquarters in Ditzingen near Stuttgart
You will enjoy having this responsibility:
In this role you are responsible for Test Engineer for Integration, Validation and Qualification of the Galileo Ground Mission System in the FOC phase
It also involves the following tasks:
· Integration of the elements: testing of the signals between the various elements of GMS by means of test procedures,identification of anomalies,
· Identification of the element(s) causing an anomaly,
· Provision of information for in depth analysis of an anomaly.
· Verification of the GMS: Testing against system requirements, including test Procedure writing, identification of anomalies
· Provision of information for in depth analysis of an anomaly.
· Generation of test procedures.
· Installation and configuration of Software and hardware deliveries.
· Onsite-integration in the Galileo Control Centres in Fucino and Oberpfaffenhofen:
· Execution of selected test cases in real time environment.
You have:
· Engineering Degree in software or electrical engineering, computer sciences
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the developing small and medium software systems comprising
· Proficient knowledge and experience of Linux (bash/shell script a.s.o)
· Proficient competence in Networking including use of Network analysis tools (Wireshark as a minimum)
· Database experience: specifically Ldap /open Ldap/
· Test experience (system test, black box more than white box testing)
· Knowledge of languages C/C++, Java; Eclipse RCP, scripting; Python, MySQL
· Good team spirit and ability to work in an international environment
· Fluent in German and English
