We are now looking for Field Logistic Representative for Thales International Egypt :

You will be the main local contact between customer, actors of the support contract, and the Thales Airborn System project management team (PM / WPM / Technical assistance) You will be the Thales Field Logistic Representative at Berigat Air Base.

Your main targets will be :

· Supply-chain management : Oversee the whole logistic flow of the equipment for the support program. You will be in charge to supervise the full process of shipment and reception, as well the billing part.
· Keep up to date the data of the program.
· Give the program all information about Thales equipment availability on the air base, moreover you will follow the status of the fleet (AOG…).
· Build and strengthen local relationship with others FLR (Dassault and Safran).
· Maintain the level of customer knowledge through continuous training.
· Collaborate with the client and maintain a high level of confidence.
· Consolidate all operational data (Flight hours, failures, stock level, reliability…).
· Report to the customer and the management program.
· Give user feed-back and support them in theirs activities.
· Listening to the customer, maintaining good relations and being an actor in the rising risk of dissatisfaction.
· Help the program to build proposals and action plans.
· Do the inventory.
· Identify and carry out actions to push the order of additional spares

SKILLS

Level of education :

Education : Engineer school

Experience :

Technical experience.

Supply chain management

Technical knowledge of Thales equipment would be a plus.

Key competences :

Excellent relationship, autonomy and strong team working ability with local and remote relations.

Reactivity and adaptability are weight criteria.

Rigorous.

You are able to convince and negotiate in difficult situations.

Having a sense of service, you know how to maintain a relationship of trust with your client.

Language :

Arabic

Good level of French required.

English
